Every time I think about purchasing a product labeled as anti-aging, I catch myself wondering – do I need this? The reason is that I don’t really like the term itself. However, knowing that anti-aging products mostly can prevent premature wrinkles, it seems smart to care for the skin. I bought this Terre d’Oc Argan and Prickly Pear Serum Elixir at the beauty expo two weeks ago. The Elixir is from the Moroccan Argan range, which promises to give the skin a healthy glow.
Terre d’Oc Argan Anti-Aging Elixir comes in a 30 ml bottle, but as you can see, I have a 5 ml sample of it. The sample might seem tiny, but because you only need a drop or two for the entire face, this amount will go a long way. I mostly like mild scents, so the Elixir smells too sweet for my nose. Good news is that the scent disappears quickly.
This intensive treatment is formulated with Moroccan argan oil, which is well known for skin nourishing and anti-wrinkle benefits, prickly pear seed oil and flower extract, commonly known as Opuntia (or Paddle Cactus), which has skin-calming, soothing, and softening benefits.
This serum is labeled as suitable for all skin types, and I totally agree. Despite the fact that it’s made with oils, the product has a soft velvety finish and does not make skin greasy. It is meant to be applied twice a day, every morning and evening. I mostly use the serums at night before going to bed, and this Elixir is perfect for that. I haven’t noticed any drastic changes to my skin, but it leaves my face soft and dewy, so I’ll continue using it, but I don’t think I’m in love with it enough to repurchase the full size.
Also, there’s one thing I’ve recently noticed that it became harder to find Terre d’Oc products. I really like its Natural BB Cream, so, hopefully, this French green beauty company is only going through a re-brand or something.

Argan oil products are quite healthy on body and given the ingredients, this product seems good.

Even the almond oil is also very beneficial. I got very pleasant results of it as i use it to massage on my face.
