Organic Beauty Empties | November 2019

Organic Beauty Empties November 2019 BloggerI woke up today with a strong urge to update my blog, so when I thought about what I could post, my recent organic beauty empties popped into my mind immediately. This is one of my favorite kind of posts to read on other blogs and to share on my own, so why not! I reached out into my empties box (yes, I have one of those in my home like a real blogger, hehe) and here are some products that I’ve found:

My first try of this mascara was a very unsuccessful one. I bought it in-store, thinking that the color I’ve got was Supernova Black (at least that’s what it said on the box), but to my deep sorrow, it turned out to be Stardust Brown. I don’t do brown mascaras, so although I liked that it separated my lashes nicely, I wasn’t still entirely happy with the result. So I’ve bought another one, and this time it was actually Supernova Black. I loved it so much that I’ve repurchased it a few times. It gives plenty of length by also separating the lashes nicely.

It’s always a disappointment when a beauty product you’ve expected to work doesn’t work the way you hoped. It’s a double disappointment when said product also cost you an arm and a leg 🙈 No matter how hard I’ve tried, this shampoo from the Color Full range just did not want to work with my hair. It made them dry and unruly, and forgive me, god, if I’ve had used a dry shampoo before, it was so hard to get it out of my hair. Although I really liked the conditioner from the same range, I wish I chose another shampoo to avoid this kind of disappointment.

I’ve written a review already about this one already, but just to make it short and clear: it’s an intense enzyme mask created for skin exfoliation and pore-unclogging. If you’re into exfoliating masks, this one is worth a try, trust me.

I finished this Face Serum a while ago, but I kept the bottle because I knew that I’ll want to share about it one day. This serum is one of the most impressive serums that I’ve ever tried. It’s costly, so I’m lucky that I received this sample size with one of the Naturisimo Discovery boxes (this is not sponsored, by the way, but you should check them out, they’re really great value!). I’m not big on rose scents, but this I liked. It was everything a good oil serum is supposed to be: luxurious, hydrating, created with high-quality ingredients… and the feeling after you’re applying it on the face was just amazing. I’d repurchase it with pleasure.

Like I’ve told many times before, this, in my opinion, is a more affordable version of Herbivore Lapis Oil. It’s a bit heavier than Lapis but still feels very lovely and hydrating.

I received this one also in one of Naturisimo Discovery boxes (maybe it was the same one, I don’t remember). I love Kjaer Weis makeup; it’s excellent. But this oil.. I don’t know, it just didn’t stand out. It wasn’t bad or anything, it was still lovely, but it wasn’t something I’d be excited to use.

So, that’s all for this month’s organic beauty empties. Have you tried any of these products?
