Christmas Green Beauty Swap 2014

A few weeks ago I saw that Ria from NatuRia Beauty is organizing Christmas Green Beauty Swap. I have already participated in this year’s Spring/Summer Green Beauty Swap where I was paired with Amber, and because I loved it, I thought why not to join the swap again. I was paired up with Caitie from Naturalla Beauty, the Canadian green beauty blog. I like Caitie’s blog, so I was happy to be paired with her, and shopping for her was a lot of fun. Here’s what I picked for her. When I received my box, I was so excited that started unwrapping right there in my car. Not only the lovely Caitie sent me beauty products but also left tiny notes on each of them. Cutest thing ever, thank you, Caitie! Here’s what I found inside:

Deep Steep Argan Oil Body Lotion in Sugar Plum (236ml) – I’ve been following Deep Steep on Instagram for ages, but didn’t get around to actually try anything from its range. Yes, you officially can call me lazy, because I’ve been delaying this purchase for too long. Anyway, Caitie is a big Deep Steep fan, so she sent me this Limited Edition Body Lotion. I have already started using it, and besides being hydrating, it also has a sweet scent, which is a bit too perfumy and intense, but I like it.
The Green Beaver Company Lavender Soap Bar – The Green Beaver Company is Canadian green beauty brand, and this soap is its certified organic product, which smells of lavenders. So lovely!

Skin Essence Organics Nourish Facial Moisturizer (10ml) for combination and/or aging skin. It promises to stimulate and rejuvenate skin cells, while also nourish the skin’s vital capillaries. Sounds great, so I can’t wait to try it.

NuWorld Botanicals Multi-Mineral Clay Mask for normal or sensitive skin – it’s a pure, sun-dried Australian white clay blend with cucumber peel, chamomile, green tea extract, and seaweed powder. Sounds intriguing.
Hurraw! Vanilla Bean Lip Balm – everyone who has tried Hurraw! Lip balms will agree that they are fantastic. Moisturizing, nonsticky, and delicately scented.
Caitie also sent me two mini eyeshadows from Cheeky Cosmetics (shade Moonlit Rose) and Madd Style Cosmetics (shade Secret Sinner).
