Tata Harper Ultimate Glow Kit

Tata Harper Organic Ultimate Glow Kit

Tata Harper Natural Ultimate Glow KitI was pretty lucky to get this Tata Harper Ultimate Glow Kit at Sephora some time ago (it’s now out of stock). I’ve wanted to try Tata Harper for ages, and the kit seemed to have the products I wanted. I think Tata Harper doesn’t need a lot of introduction. This cruelty-free eco-luxe beauty brand already has many followers all over the world and a few well-deserved awards. The packaging definitely plays a huge role in Tata Harper’s popularity – the jars and bottles look so cute that I am definitely going to keep them after finishing the products. Of course, the products (and the ingredients) are undeniably great as well.

Tata Harper Organic Ultimate Glow Skincare MasksSo here are the products that The Ultimate Glow Kit contain:
Regenerating Cleanser (15 ml)
It has such a lovely sweet and fruity scent (reminds me of peaches mixed with citrus)! This cream cleanser did surprise me with two things: first, it provides excellent cleansing, I honestly didn’t expect it from a cream cleanser; second, it contains tiny exfoliating pellets, so it feels like I’m using a cleanser and a face scrub at the same time. However, because it offers such an intensive cleansing, it is also a tad drying. I decided to put it aside for spring when my skin will be more normal.

See the ingredients:

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice*, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Olivate, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil*, Sorbitan Olivate, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Seed Powder, Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Extract,  Leuconostoc Ferment Filtrate (Radish Root Extract), Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract*, Lactobacillus/Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Fruit Ferment Extract, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract*, Kaolin (Rose Clay), Sclerotium Gum, Coco-glucoside, Cetearyl Glucoside, Cetyl Palmitate, Sorbitan Palmitate, Soybean Peroxidase, Superoxide Dismutase, Sodium Phytate, Aroma**, Citral, Limonene, Linalool. *Ingredients from organic farming. **Clinical grade essential oils blend. Vegan.

Resurfacing Mask (15 ml)
An absolute winner! I now understand why this thing has won so many awards. The Resurfacing Mask comes in a gel form, which is easy and lovely to apply. It has a subtle herbal/fruity scent that reminds me of something, but I just can’t remember what it is. Anyone? Because my skin is sensitive, I am not a big fan of anything with the word “enzymes”, so I was a bit worried about the pomegranate enzymes in the mask. However, nothing bad happened, on the contrary – my skin felt smooth and looked clean, fresh, bright, and dewy! Although, it did feel dryer than usual, so if you have dry/sensitive skin, use it occasionally, and you’ll be okay. I think I’m going to repurchase this one after I empty this little jar.

See the ingredients:

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice*, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract*, Sclerotium Gum, Lactobacillus Ferment, Lactobacillus/Punica Granatum Fruit Ferment Extract, Leuconostoc Ferment Filtrate (Radish Root Extract), Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Distillate, Maltooligosyl Glucoside, Hydrolyzed Corn Starch, Beta Vulgaris (Beet) Root Extract, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Kaolin (Rose Clay), Sodium Phytate, Aroma**, Citral, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool, Benzyl Alcohol, Geraniol. *Ingredients from organic farming. ** Clinical grade essential oils blend. Vegan.

Moisturizing Mask (15 ml)
I was expecting so much more from this one! Not only because it contains a variety of herbal extracts, hyaluronic acid, and some other great ingredients, but because its price is miles past the limit I’d pay for a face mask. It promises to give a long-lasting, deep hydration for dehydrated and stressed skin. I was happy with how it performed, and my skin felt nourished and smooth after using it. But, to be honest, I didn’t fall in love with it like I did with the Resurfacing Mask. That to be said, I’ll finish the jar with pleasure, but I don’t think I’m going to repurchase it.

Great review! My Sephora sucks, there are zero green products there lol. I tried a few sample of the resurfacing mask, and it’s been on my wishlist ever since. It’s one of the few masks that doesn’t turn my face red, so I can actually use it during the day, before heading out somewhere. Tata harper came up with a great idea to offer those trial kits, because you really have to make sure the product works for you before splurging 🙂 xx

Great review! My skin didn’t get on with the Resurfacing Mask, but I adore that cleanser! I haven’t splurged on it yet, but it’s firmly on the ‘someday’ list!
